Due to the custom nature of our jewelry design services, each piece is created specifically according to client specifications. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed pieces are created to your specifications and are considered final once production begins. Please review all design details carefully before confirming your order, as custom items cannot typically be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at infocenter@fragranceflameea.world with your order details and reason for return. All returns must be authorized by us before being sent back. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
